📋 Description

• Collaborate on the design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions.

• Create and manage integrations between Salesforce, internal customer-facing applications, third-party vendors, and business partners.

• Facilitate merchant onboarding, transaction processing enablement, and customer billing workflows.

• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform APIs.

• Design patterns for error handling, retries, reconciliation, and monitoring.

• Act as the technical liaison in discussions with vendors and partners from initial scoping to go-live and ongoing support.

• Mitigate technical debt while enhancing the performance, testability, and maintainability of legacy integration code.

• Keep technical documentation up to date and support structured release, validation, and version-control practices.

• Analyze production issues and lead integration workstreams to resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of practical Salesforce development experience in a professional setting.

• Proven ownership of Salesforce integration projects involving internal applications and external vendors or partners.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.

• Proficient understanding of REST, SOAP, Bulk, and platform event integration patterns and APIs.

• Familiarity with authentication models and error-handling design principles.

• Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git-based source control, and CI/CD or structured deployment tools.

• Comfortable with page layouts, validation rules, permission sets, and data model design.

• Strong systems thinking capability and ability to work independently with self-direction.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical, business, and external partner audiences.
