Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and configure Salesforce solutions encompassing Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and FinancialForce.

• Engage closely with product owners and senior stakeholders to achieve the established roadmap.

• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore project managers, architects, business analysts, administrators, developers, and testers.

• Operate within multiple scrum teams utilizing an advanced CI/CD pipeline and test automation strategies.

• Contribute to initiatives related to billing, finance, sales, pricing, and field service.

• Provide comprehensive configuration and change management when system enhancements are executed.

• Implement Salesforce best practices for solution utilization and data management.

• Adhere to and question architectural principles as necessary.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer across various Salesforce products.

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration and customization.

• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components.

• Proficiency in Apex.

• Experience with Data Loader.

• Familiarity with SOQL.

• Competence in Salesforce DX.

• Experience with Visualforce.

• Ability to create and manage triggers.

• Proficient in validation rules.

• Experience with workflows and approvals.

• Knowledge of custom objects, fields, and formulas.

• Familiarity with source control systems like GitHub.

• Experience with CI/CD practices.

• Capability to collaborate within a broader team while adhering to Salesforce solution and data management best practices.

• Ability to manage end-to-end system configuration and change management.

• Understanding of data sharing and visibility rules.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders is advantageous.

• Experience in an agile setting is essential, ideally with JIRA and Confluence.

• Awareness of environment management, release management, code management, and versioning best practices.

• Salesforce administrator certification is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ is desirable.

• Background in marketing automation is advantageous.
