This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Facilitate functional alignment between the USSF baseline metadata package and the operational processes of the Customer.
β’ Assess data architecture, object models, user security matrix, and portal access frameworks within the target RCO environment.
β’ Direct the configuration of both declarative and programmatic components while maintaining dependencies of upstream packages.
β’ Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other code-based Salesforce technologies.
β’ Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
β’ Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment processes.
β’ Utilize Flow to address complex requirements and connect to code when necessary.
β’ Create efficient and scalable code adhering to best practices and industry standards.
β’ Develop Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages.
β’ Integrate Salesforce with various systems and platforms.
β’ Conduct code reviews.
β’ Diagnose and debug Salesforce applications.
β’ Work collaboratively with developers, administrators, and QA testers to ensure successful project outcomes.
β’ Remain updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, providing recommendations for enhancements.
β’ Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
β’ Execute other job-related tasks as assigned.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture or consulting, specifically with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
β’ Proven experience in working within DoD / Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud).
β’ Must be a US Citizen.
β’ Must meet pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal.
β’ Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening.
β’ This position may depend on the successful completion of a background investigation.
β’ TS/SCI with Polygraph is highly preferred.
β’ Certification as a Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect is strongly preferred.
β’ Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer; occasional requirements may include standing or moving around the office for longer durations.
