Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive Salesforce solutions through configuration and customization, incorporating Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and various Salesforce technologies.

• Streamline business processes utilizing Salesforce tools such as Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts.

• Engage in daily scrum meetings.

• Analyze and allocate user stories.

• Identify and address gaps in functional requirements.

• Adhere to coding standards while producing well-structured, maintainable, and comprehensible code.

• Conduct independent code reviews.

• Develop unit and integration test cases to ensure a minimum of 85% code coverage.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both pre-production and production settings.

• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce advancements.

• Contribute to internal projects and foster team development.

• Collaborate regularly within development teams of 5–10 developers.

• Participate in agile project teams of 4–7 members to deliver client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of practical experience in a Salesforce Developer position.

• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST).

• Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, and Visual Studio Code equipped with Salesforce Extension Pack.

• Demonstrated capability in automating processes using Salesforce Flows and Formulas.

• Experience in developing robust test classes and achieving extensive code coverage.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Proficiency in the English language is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• A proactive approach to work.

• Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud or TPM is a plus.

• Proficiency in German is highly desirable.
