Salesforce Developer – Administrator, Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and sustain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to assess business needs and choose between declarative tools or custom coding.

• Design, create, and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automations.

• Construct, oversee, and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations with external platforms, APIs, and third-party applications.

• Assess, reconstruct, and validate integrations and automations for the Talkdesk-to-Genesys telephony transition.

• Assist with Experience Cloud portal projects and enhancements to user experience over the next 3–4 months.

• Convert intricate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.

• Oversee ticket lifecycles and technical documentation utilizing Jira.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical experience in balancing Salesforce development and administration.

• Proficiency in coding with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Extensive knowledge of declarative automation tools, such as Flows and Process Builder.

• Practical experience with Experience Cloud, previously known as Community Cloud.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware.

• Technical judgment to decide when to use standard configurations versus custom development.

• Capability to work independently within a geographically distributed team.

• Experience in documenting solutions and managing technical workflows via Jira.

• Previous experience with CTI/telephony platforms, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging tools is a plus.
