Salesforce Developer, Administrator – Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and sustain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to assess business needs and identify solutions utilizing declarative tools instead of custom coding.

• Design, construct, and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automation processes.

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, APIs, and third-party tools.

• Review, reconstruct, and test integrations and automations for the telephony transition from Talkdesk to Genesys.

• Assist with Experience Cloud portal projects and user experience enhancements over the upcoming 3–4 months.

• Convert complex business needs into technical tasks.

• Oversee ticket management and technical documentation in Jira.

• Support daily operations and critical business platforms and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical experience balancing Salesforce development and administrative roles.

• Proven coding expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• In-depth knowledge of declarative automation tools, including Flows and Process Builder.

• Practical experience with Experience Cloud (previously Community Cloud).

• Strong background in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware solutions.

• Good technical judgment in deciding between standard configuration and custom development.

• Capability to work independently within a geographically distributed team.

• Experience in documenting solutions and managing technical workflows with Jira.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with CTI/telephony platforms such as Talkdesk or Genesys, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging solutions like SMS/chat.
