Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.

• Formulate comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test data.

• Assess business requirements and user stories throughout sprint cycles.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities for releases.

• Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and business users.

• Test configurations and customizations in Salesforce CPQ.

• Verify pricing calculations, discount logic, approval workflows, quote generation, contracts, amendments, renewals, and subscription modifications.

• Conduct comprehensive Quote-to-Cash testing.

• Validate integrations among Salesforce CPQ, ERP systems, Salesforce Billing, Revenue Cloud, CLM platforms, external APIs, and middleware solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of QA experience.

• More than 3 years of direct experience in Salesforce CPQ testing.

• In-depth understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.

• Proven experience in testing enterprise-scale Salesforce CPQ implementations.

• Proficient in independently creating and executing test scenarios.

• Experience in testing Product Bundles, Product Rules, Price Rules, Pricing Waterfalls, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, Approval Processes, Advanced Approvals, Contracts, Amendments, Renewals, Subscription Products, and MDQ (Multi-Dimensional Quoting).

• Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Experience in defect management, test planning and execution, and root cause analysis.

• Understanding of Salesforce CRM fundamentals, Validation Rules, Salesforce Flows, and Security & Permission Models.

• Basic knowledge of SOQL is preferred.

• Salesforce CPQ Certification is preferred.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.

• Experience with Revenue Cloud is preferred.

• Background in SaaS subscription business is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

• Experience in automation testing with Provar, Selenium, Playwright, ACCELQ, or Copado Testing is a plus but not mandatory.
