D365 CRM Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct both manual and automated software testing

• Evaluate Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance systems

• Utilize AI-driven testing tools and methodologies

• Employ test management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and ALM Octane

• Perform testing on Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)

• Operate within the SAFe framework

• Assist in testing for integrated CE and F&O data exchange environments

• Enhance quality assurance through comprehensive and analytical problem-solving

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, encompassing both manual and automated testing

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance

• Knowledge of AI-driven testing tools and methodologies

• Proficiency in test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane)

• Strong grasp of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

• Experience working within the SAFe framework

• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester) is preferred

• Experience in integrated environments with CE and F&O data exchange is preferred

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes is preferred

• Background in project management, change management, or business analytics is preferred
