Salesforce Consultant, Revenue Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement tailored coding solutions utilizing Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Omniscript, and the Business Rules Engine.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to create comprehensive client solution designs.

• Develop methodologies to tackle intricate technical issues.

• Implement solutions that align with business requirements while enhancing processes and productivity.

• Provide data models for customizations in conjunction with Solution Architects.

• Conduct code reviews and unit testing.

• Ensure that technical solutions fulfill client business needs.

• Assist with the deployment process across various environments.

• Manage technical documentation for project handover.

• Commit changes to source control and initiate pull requests.

• Review and merge work in source control.

• Execute data deployments and sandbox seeding to validate features.

• Carry out final production releases and perform rollbacks or restorations as necessary.

• Provide technical leadership and deliver transformative, financially impactful Salesforce solutions for clients.

• Create reusable assets for deployment across multiple clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce.

• At least 3 years of specialization in Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud or RCA), CPQ, or Salesforce Billing projects.

• Strong understanding of pricing and discounting calculations, proration, billing, invoicing, and payment processing.

• Practical experience with Omnistudio Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature solutions.

• Foundational knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms such as Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.

• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.

• Experience in building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript.

• Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.

• Knowledge of MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Previous experience in creating Salesforce configuration design documents and technical design documents.

• Experience with JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.

• Experience in integrating web services using Scribe, SOAP, REST, and JSON.

• Strong proficiency in Apex and the ability to review and provide feedback on Salesforce coding best practices.

• Experience with design patterns and test-driven development.

• Prior experience in executing deployments and utilizing DevOps tools such as Gearset, Prodly, or Copado.

• Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Sharing and Visibility Architect.

• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification, Platform Developer I Certification, Agentforce Revenue Management/Revenue Cloud/RCA or Salesforce CPQ+Billing experience or certifications, and Platform Developer II certification.
