Consultant, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and various other Salesforce platforms, for clients.

• Collect requirements and design tailored solutions.

• Configure Salesforce and manage custom development efforts.

• Act as the primary functional and technical contact for the client.

• Organize workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and delivery compliance.

• Contribute to new initiatives within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Salesforce consulting.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.

• At least 2 advanced Salesforce certifications, such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience interacting directly with clients in complex environments.

• Proven experience in leading projects or teams.

• Capability to create a backlog for the team.

• Strong communication and client management skills.
