Consultant, Salesforce Configuration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Configure solutions for a variety of small and large client projects.

• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to design and develop configuration solutions.

• Work in conjunction with Business Analysts during the creation of tests and with testing teams during execution.

• Engage in client-facing design reviews, collaborative sessions, and training opportunities.

• Document and implement changes in configuration and data mapping requirements.

• Review project requirements to ensure solutions align with them.

• Configure client-facing structural and functional applications, troubleshoot issues, manipulate data, and conduct transformations.

• Support client presentations and design reviews, analyze feedback, and nurture client relationships.

• Participate in client training and other implementation activities.

• Collaborate with project team members to enhance delivery efficiencies, share best practices, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience configuring and developing solutions on Salesforce platforms, including exposure to end-to-end project implementation lifecycles.

• Capability to design scalable solutions that address client business needs and execute system configurations.

• Experience in a collaborative project team environment.

• Proficiency in authoring requirements, design documentation, and relevant project and system documentation.

• Demonstrated analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Experience throughout the entire lifecycle of complex enterprise projects, from pre-sales to requirements gathering, design and build, review and refinement, validation, and deployment.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.

• Ability to utilize AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Cursor.

• Salesforce Certification and consulting experience are advantageous.

• Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals is a plus.

• Familiarity with interacting, managing, or constructing AI agentic workflows.
