Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform evaluations of clients' existing Salesforce solutions to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Create and implement tailored Salesforce solutions that align with clients' business objectives.

• Formulate and execute project plans to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate Salesforce solutions into the broader business strategy.

• Offer continuous post-implementation client support, including training and troubleshooting assistance.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce trends and technologies, recommending relevant applications for clients' solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, demonstrating a successful history of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.

• Possession of Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and/or Salesforce Consultant.

• Exceptional project management capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong communication skills, enabling the explanation of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
