📋 Description

• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements.

• Illustrate business processes and customer journeys.

• Convert requirements into concise user stories.

• Set up and tailor Salesforce, including flows, permission sets, custom objects, and fields.

• Handle sharing and visibility settings in line with business objectives.

• Offer continuous support and suggestions throughout the implementation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of business processes and CRM best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development, including flows, permission sets, custom objects, and fields.

• Proficiency in managing sharing and visibility settings.

• Capable of communicating and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Experience in leading workshops and facilitating sessions for gathering requirements.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work remotely and have availability from 15:00 to 19:00 Poland time for 4 hours.

• A Polish business entity capable of invoicing B2B, or a willingness to establish one prior to commencing work.

• Capability to work on a personal computer.
