📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate user and organizational requirements

• Ensure that project results align with the strategic vision and objectives of the business

• Assess and document requirements

• Create and execute functional solutions for various projects

• Provide project effort estimates

• Collaborate with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project goals

• Evaluate and enhance application performance

• Work in conjunction with technology vendors as needed

• Confirm solutions meet functional requirements

• Adhere to Omega's established software quality standards

• Produce functional documentation for completed initiatives

• Contribute knowledge within Omega's professional community

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English is essential (able to conduct business conversations and demonstrate fluent written and spoken communication)

• Over 4 years of verified experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consultancy roles

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Proven ability to function as a bridge between clients and cross-functional technical teams, translating business needs into functional solutions

• Strong background in working under Agile delivery methodologies (SCRUM)
