Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Successfully manage a Salesforce migration and integration project while collaborating with an international team.

• Convert functional requirements into effective solutions.

• Independently implement the established data migration plan.

• Conduct data mapping, cleansing, and loading using Data Loader, along with error handling and validation.

• Assist in integration efforts utilizing API concepts, data flow, and field mapping.

• Act as the functional liaison for developers.

• Respond to developers' inquiries based on the current functional specifications.

• Carry out functional and integration testing.

• Accurately log defects and perform retesting of fixes.

• Configure and interact with Sales Cloud, including standard and custom objects, as well as data relationships.

• Ensure the project remains within the established scope and address any out-of-scope matters.

• Collaborate with a global project team and communicate effectively in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of practical Salesforce experience, ideally in roles such as Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Admin.

• Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Sales Cloud Consultant certification.

• Salesforce Business Analyst certification.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, Data Loader, error handling, and migration execution.

• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, standard and custom objects, and data relationships.

• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and fundamental API, data flow, and field mapping concepts.

• Capable of addressing developers' functional inquiries based on existing functional specifications.

• Experience in functional and integration testing, defect documentation, and retesting processes.

• Proficient in independently executing a predefined migration and integration plan.

• Ability to escalate matters beyond the agreed scope.

• Strong English communication skills, particularly within an international project team.
