• Create and design Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

• Architect solutions that integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Develop architecture for Generative AI / GenAI utilizing Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce.

• Oversee Salesforce architecture and solution design processes.

• Design integrations for Salesforce using APIs and middleware.

• Lead initiatives for data migration and integration.

• Establish practices for Salesforce security, governance, and data quality.

• Define the enterprise-wide Salesforce roadmap and strategy.

• Provide leadership to stakeholders and technical teams.

• Over 15 years of experience with Salesforce.

• Must possess Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect-level Certification.

• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architecture.

• Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Generative AI / GenAI Architecture.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI.

• Understanding of Salesforce Agentforce.

• Expertise in Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Integration / APIs / Middleware.

• Expertise in Data Migration & Data Integration.
