Salesforce Architect – Sales & Service Cloud

📋 Description

• Design and establish the architecture for Salesforce within both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Create Salesforce solutions that integrate AI, automation, security, data governance, and various integrations.

• Develop and enforce Salesforce architecture standards.

• Oversee solution design for Salesforce and lead enterprise architecture initiatives.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience.

• Expertise in Salesforce Architecture.

• Proficiency in Sales Cloud.

• Proficiency in Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Salesforce AI / Einstein AI.

• Familiarity with Agentforce.

• Experience with Generative AI.

• Skills in Predictive Analytics.

• Knowledge of Intelligent Automation.

• Experience with Salesforce Integration / APIs.

• Understanding of Middleware & Third-Party Integrations.

• Expertise in Salesforce Security & Data Governance.

• Proficient in Salesforce Solution Design.

• Background in Enterprise Architecture.

• Experience in Custom Salesforce Development.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Architecture Standards.

• Certification in Salesforce Application/System Architecture.
