This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and manage Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Work closely with architects on designing solutions and implementation strategies.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Produce clean, well-documented, and testable code in accordance with team standards.
• Collaborate with QA to guarantee high-quality outputs.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive and supportive feedback.
• Convert public health requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist in the development of the PH360 platform.
• Take part in quarterly Program Increment planning and contribute to shaping the technical roadmap.
• Operate in two-week sprints involving backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Partner with architects, business analysts, and quality engineers.
• Recommend enhancements to team processes.
• Over 3 years of direct Salesforce development experience.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in governmental public health (local, state, federal, tribal, or non-profit).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools.
• Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security protocols.
• Awareness of integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to comply with the no-drug workplace policy.
• Must consent to undergo eVerify for employment status during hiring.
• Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Preferred: Experience with Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Preferred: Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Preferred: Experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
• Preferred: Background in public health data systems or epidemiology workflows.
