This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.
• Oversee the architecture, design, and technical strategy for Salesforce solutions.
• Convert business needs into scalable Salesforce implementations.
• Create data models, integrations, automation, security measures, and reporting frameworks.
• Develop solutions for real-time web-based data submissions and handle large datasets.
• Design integration processes with external systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Assist with data migration, testing, deployment, and implementation in production environments.
• Construct dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
• Set Salesforce architecture standards, documentation practices, and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders effectively.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Salesforce architecture or senior Salesforce development roles.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other Salesforce Architect credentials.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration, reporting, dashboards, and managing large datasets.
• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Experience in modernizing legacy systems and implementing enterprise cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and mentoring Salesforce professionals.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, states including Alabama, Colorado, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.
