This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and enhancement of a 15-year-old Salesforce Org of moderate complexity featuring an extensive code base.

• Manage daily platform operations throughout the Salesforce environment.

• Implement configuration improvements.

• Oversee the technical health of the platform.

• Facilitate integrations with third-party applications.

• Ensure a stable, scalable, and business-aligned platform.

• Configure Salesforce Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, applications, actions, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.

• Provide advanced UI/UX enhancements.

• Address user support tickets.

• Assist with organizational add-ons such as Marketo, Data Loader, and FormAssembly.

• Manage users and licenses, including user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.

• Aid in User Acceptance and Regression Testing.

• Ensure data integrity and maintain overall organizational health.

• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging trends.

• Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, developers, and a solution architect.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of notable experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

• Possession of Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Capability to create advanced Flows and transition legacy Process Builders and Workflows.

• Expertise in creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, and validation rules.

• Strong comprehension of the Aetna business model.

• Experience with Marketo or other comparable marketing automation tools.

• Preferably, 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

• Ideally, 2 years of experience in a Sales or Sales Enablement organization.
