Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure and oversee Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to collect requirements and provide solutions in an Agile framework.

• Develop and sustain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management processes.

• Administer Salesforce security, encompassing profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and user access.

• Execute data imports, updates, cleansing, validation, and continuous data quality management.

• Diagnose Salesforce issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Assist with system enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform maintenance.

• Juggle multiple priorities and deliver Salesforce initiatives within specified timelines.

• Offer documentation, user support, and guidance on Salesforce functionality and best practices.

• Work alongside business and technical stakeholders to continually enhance Salesforce processes and the user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

• Proven experience in Agile environments collaborating with Product Owners and development teams.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and automation tools.

• Familiarity with reports, dashboards, security models, and data management.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
