This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collect clients’ business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce design.
• Utilize Salesforce best practices to reduce the need for custom development.
• Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures for clients.
• Conduct training sessions with EBQ customers.
• Review Salesforce and deliver comprehensive configuration optimization plans.
• Identify and promptly communicate any project risks and issues.
• Migrate and implement Salesforce solutions for new organizations.
• Grasp clients’ business needs and tailor Salesforce to meet those requirements.
• Build client relationships and provide guidance to executives and stakeholders on business processes.
• Design and manage custom fields and objects, flows, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrations.
• Create specialized reports and dashboards.
• Manage and import data into Salesforce using ETL tools.
• Stay updated with Salesforce features and suggest process enhancements.
• Oversee tasks in EBQ’s project management system.
• Implement training and guidance from management.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance targets set by the supervisor.
• Comply with company policies and values.
• Collaborate effectively and represent EBQ professionally to clients.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and data architecture.
• Possession of Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• 1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end-user or 6 months of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Process-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail.
• No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
• Ability to communicate effectively, stand, walk, use hands for various tasks, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
• Experience with online screen sharing tools like RingCentral Meetings, WebEx, GoToMeeting, or Join.Me (desirable but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of SQL or SOQL (desirable but not mandatory).
• Additional preferred Salesforce certifications include Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist.
• Business analyst and/or sales experience (desirable but not mandatory).
• Experience with both SMB and Enterprise organizations (desirable but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with working with Non-Profit organizations (desirable but not mandatory).
• Understanding or experience in release management and the software development lifecycle (desirable but not mandatory).
