This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Assist with the daily administration of Salesforce.
• Oversee users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access requests.
• Develop and manage custom fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and reports.
• Aid in workflow automation, Flow configuration, and system improvements.
• Resolve user issues and deliver prompt support across various departments.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance for new features and updates.
• Facilitate Salesforce release management and document changes.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of CRM data.
• Assist with data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and cleanup efforts.
• Contribute to governance initiatives and process documentation.
• Monitor system performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee accurate reporting.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards for Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and leadership.
• Support forecasting, pipeline reporting, and operational analytics.
• Address data requests and undertake ad hoc analysis projects.
• Transform business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Identify chances to optimize processes and minimize manual tasks.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of Salesforce automation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving Salesforce integrations and interconnected business systems.
• Document workflows, business requirements, and system modifications.
• Test and implement AI-powered features within Salesforce and related platforms.
• Support automation, AI-driven workflows, and innovative process design initiatives.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce and AI technologies and share applicable ideas.
• 0–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, business systems, operations, customer support, or a related discipline.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is preferred, or a willingness to obtain certification within the first year.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and CRM concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Analytical thinker with the capacity to solve problems and quickly adapt.
• Comfortable handling data and utilizing spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in systems, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Enthusiasm for applying AI to business operations and system administration.
• Experience with Salesforce in any capacity, including internships, academic projects, volunteer work, or previous employment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, reports, dashboards, or data management tools.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic reporting tools.
• Exposure to Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or SaaS business models.
• Familiar with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or Salesforce Einstein.
• Remote work experience or experience with distributed teams is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer does not sponsor work visas.
