This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Lead and nurture the Salesforce team, establishing priorities, standards, and expectations.
• Serve as the senior escalation point during incidents, complex delivery decisions, and conflicts with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the health and progression of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Set and enforce platform standards regarding configuration, automation, data models, documentation, testing, and technical debt.
• Engage in hands-on Salesforce administration, encompassing Flow automation, permissions, validation rules, objects, layouts, reports, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
• Administer user accounts and oversee joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Configure and maintain Experience Cloud portals and manage external access.
• Oversee the platform roadmap, lifecycle changes, releases, sandboxes, and environments.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with Slack and other enterprise applications.
• Establish standards for API monitoring and alerting.
• Lead incident response and problem management initiatives.
• Own Salesforce security, access architecture, audits, and compliance controls.
• Optimize licenses, certificates, connected apps, and OAuth lifecycles.
• Manage the delivery backlog, release management processes, GitHub-based deployments, testing, and rollback planning.
• Maintain documentation for configuration and change management.
• Enhance platform support and address technical debt effectively.
• Advocate for data quality and provide insights on adoption, failures, API usage, incidents, access risks, and technical debt.
• Assess and safely implement Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and other related enterprise AI tools.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team environments.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including line management, coaching, performance support, prioritization, and the development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• In-depth expertise in Salesforce security, including organization-wide defaults, role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, field-level security, identity management, privileged access, connected apps, and audit controls.
• Hands-on capability with Experience Cloud, including external sharing models, guest access, and community configuration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps and change management utilizing GitHub, including version-controlled deployment workflows, pull-request reviews, and release governance.
• Experience with API-led integrations, encompassing monitoring, troubleshooting, authentication, limits, failure handling, and coordination with technical teams.
• Experience in managing SSL and authentication certificates while maintaining integration health.
• Strong declarative delivery skills, particularly in Flow, data modeling, validation, Lightning configuration, reporting, and environment management.
• Solid experience in release and change management, including sandbox strategy, source control, testing, deployment governance, and production support.
• Confident in stakeholder management.
• Strong solution and design judgment with a comprehensive understanding of platform architecture and enterprise-level data modeling.
