This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead and nurture the Salesforce team by establishing priorities, standards, and expectations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point during incidents, complex delivery decisions, and conflicts with stakeholders.
• Influence team capacity planning, task distribution, skills enhancement, recruitment assistance, and the use of specialist partners.
• Oversee the health and development of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Set and uphold platform standards regarding configuration, automation, data models, documentation, testing, and managing technical debt.
• Execute complex Flow automation, permissions, validation rules, objects, page layouts, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, analytics, and troubleshooting.
• Manage daily system administration tasks, including user administration and processing joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Configure and maintain Experience Cloud portals and manage external access.
• Keep the platform roadmap updated and control Salesforce lifecycle changes and environments.
• Assess and implement AppExchange packages.
• Supervise Salesforce integrations with Slack and other enterprise applications.
• Set up API monitoring and alerting for authentication failures, expirations, API errors, rate limits, latency, and delivery failures.
• Lead incident response and the problem management process.
• Manage Salesforce security posture, sharing architecture, access controls, audits, and compliance with SOC 2 and GDPR requirements.
• Oversee licenses, certificates, connected apps, and OAuth lifecycles.
• Manage the delivery backlog, release management, source control, testing, deployments, and rollback planning via GitHub.
• Enhance platform support, documentation, triage, knowledge articles, and trend analysis.
• Handle technical debt and vendor delivery.
• Advocate for data quality and generate reports on adoption, automation failures, API consumption, incidents, release quality, access risk, and technical debt.
• Assess and adopt Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and enterprise AI tools responsibly with AI governance.
• Minimum of 7 years as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team settings.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing people, including line management, coaching, performance support, work prioritization, and development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Profound Salesforce security expertise, including organization-wide defaults, role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, field-level security, identity, privileged access, connected apps, and audit controls.
• Hands-on capability with Experience Cloud, including external sharing models, guest access, and community configuration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps and change management using GitHub, including version-controlled deployment workflows, pull-request review, and release governance.
• Experienced in operating API-led integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, authentication, limits, and failure handling.
• Familiarity with managing SSL and authentication certificates and ensuring integration health.
• Strong declarative delivery skills, particularly in Flow, data modeling, validation, Lightning configuration, reporting, and environment management.
• Solid release and change management experience, including sandbox strategy, source control, testing, deployment governance, and production support.
• Confident in stakeholder management.
• Strong solution and design judgment, with an understanding of platform architecture and enterprise-level data modeling.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is preferred, or other relevant credentials such as Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce/AI accreditation.
• Experience administering Ironclad, Qualtrics, and Slack CRM / Sales Elevate, or similar CLM, survey, and Slack-CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Agentforce or Salesforce AI.
• Experience with Claude or other enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Slack platform capabilities and APIs.
• Working knowledge of Okta or a similar enterprise identity provider.
• Exposure to NetSuite, MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, Workato, Zapier, identity providers, or data platforms.
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth setting.
