This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Comprehend the existing Salesforce configuration and organizational goals to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
• Oversee change management, governance, communication, prioritization, and all facets of Salesforce projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and convert technical details into easily understandable concepts.
• Ensure effective, compliant, and seamless release management across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ/CLM.
• Administer users and licenses, which includes setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization-wide defaults (OWD), and sharing rules.
• Execute Salesforce configuration modifications, such as Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage sandbox environments efficiently.
• Identify and collect requirements, translating them into scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Recognize unused or underutilized features within the platform.
• Develop a platform roadmap and establish priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Communicate platform modifications to end users and stakeholders effectively.
• Enhance Salesforce data quality through management, rules, and automation.
• Conduct proactive system maintenance, security assessments, release updates, health checks, and Optimizer reviews.
• Address user support tickets promptly.
• Monitor and boost user adoption rates.
• Provide training for new and existing users.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Manage integrated applications and third-party vendors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
• 10 to 11 years of practical Salesforce administration and deployment experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apttus CPQ/CLM.
• Extensive experience supporting release processes in a multi-org or multi-cloud Salesforce environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Apttus CPQ/CLM configurations and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers, Salesforce design patterns, and testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and business acumen.
• Experience in change management and governance.
• Capability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce configuration changes.
• Familiarity with DevOps/release management practices.
• Basic understanding of triggers and Apex code is beneficial.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
• Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
• Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
• Availability and responsiveness to inquiries.
