This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Lead and cultivate the Salesforce team by establishing priorities, standards, and expectations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for incidents, complex delivery decisions, and stakeholder conflicts.
• Shape the team's capacity planning, work distribution, skills enhancement, recruitment assistance, and engagement with specialist partners.
• Oversee the health and progression of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Set and maintain platform standards for configuration, automation, data models, documentation, testing, and managing technical debt.
• Execute complex Flow automation, permissions, validation rules, objects, page layouts, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, analytics, and troubleshooting.
• Manage daily system administration tasks, including user administration and processing of joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Configure and sustain Experience Cloud portals and external access.
• Maintain the platform roadmap and supervise Salesforce releases, feature adoption, deprecations, sandboxes, and environments.
• Assess and implement AppExchange packages.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations with Slack and other enterprise applications.
• Establish monitoring and alerting standards for the Slack API, as well as runbooks, escalation paths, and service-level expectations.
• Lead incident response and problem management efforts.
• Manage Salesforce security posture, sharing architecture, access controls, audits, and compliance with SOC 2 and GDPR requirements.
• Administer licenses, SSL and SAML certificates, connected apps, and OAuth lifecycles.
• Handle delivery backlogs, release management, GitHub-based version-controlled deployments, and production support.
• Maintain documentation for configuration and change management.
• Advocate for data quality, dashboards, reporting, architecture decisions, and scalable use of Salesforce.
• Evaluate and adopt Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and related enterprise AI tools responsibly.
• Support responsible AI governance, testing, monitoring, auditability, and change control.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, Data, Integration teams, and implementation partners.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team settings.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Proven leadership skills, including line management, coaching, performance support, work prioritization, and development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce security expertise, encompassing organization-wide defaults, role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, field-level security, identity, privileged access, connected apps, and audit controls.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud capabilities, including external sharing models, guest access, and community configuration.
• Demonstrated Salesforce DevOps and change management experience using GitHub, including version-controlled deployment workflows, pull-request reviews, and release governance.
• Experience with API-led integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, authentication, limits, failure handling, and coordination among technical teams.
• Familiarity with managing SSL and authentication certificates while maintaining integration health.
• Strong declarative delivery skills, particularly in Flow, data modeling, validation, Lightning configuration, reporting, and environment management.
• Solid experience in release and change management, including sandbox strategy, source control, testing, deployment governance, and production support.
• Confident in stakeholder management.
• Strong judgment in solution design, with an understanding of platform architecture and enterprise-level data modeling.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce/AI accreditation is preferred.
• Experience with Ironclad, Qualtrics, Slack CRM / Sales Elevate, or similar tools is desirable.
• Experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI is a plus.
• Knowledge of Claude or other enterprise AI platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Slack platform capabilities and APIs is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Okta or a comparable enterprise identity provider is a plus.
• Exposure to NetSuite, MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, Workato, Zapier, identity providers, or data platforms is beneficial.
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment is preferred.
