📋 Description

• Create and implement advanced solutions utilizing the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to address evolving business requirements.

• Manage intricate, multi-faceted projects across global teams by exercising matrix leadership and influence.

• Communicate strategies to stakeholders and convert highly technical solutions into quantifiable business benefits.

• Assist in and execute M&A integrations within the current Salesforce environments.

• Assess, implement, and oversee third-party AppExchange applications to improve platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).

• Valid Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (mandatory).

• Extensive hands-on experience with CPQ and RCA implementations.

• Demonstrated knowledge of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools.

• Practical experience in data management, including data loading, mapping templates, and advanced Excel modeling.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a strong focus on agile delivery.

• Profound understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• Proficient in oral English.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Experience in developing or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Mobile capabilities.

• Experience with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems.

• Knowledge of content management platforms (e.g., Seismic).

• Understanding of cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams through influence (matrix leadership).
