This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee Salesforce user management, licenses, permission sets, sharing settings, and access controls.
• Sustain both standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and Lightning record pages.
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows.
• Address user support queries and collaborate with vendors or technical teams.
• Ensure data integrity through duplicate prevention, validation, cleanup, and regulated imports and exports.
• Generate and sustain reports and dashboards for pipeline, sales performance, and business metrics.
• Collect requirements, suggest solutions, and manage a prioritized backlog for enhancements.
• Test modifications in sandboxes, facilitate user acceptance testing, and implement approved updates.
• Review Salesforce releases and relay pertinent changes to users.
• Supervise connected applications and manage integration troubleshooting.
• Create user manuals, document configurations, and offer onboarding as well as ongoing training.
• Adhere to company policies regarding access, data protection, documentation, and system modifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to configure solutions and encourage Salesforce adoption.
• A minimum of five years of practical experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proficient in configuring Salesforce objects, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
• Experience in building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.
• Strong command of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management tools.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts and sales processes, including lead, account, contact, and opportunity management.
• Capability to convert business requirements into sustainable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
• Skill in independently prioritizing support requests and improvement projects.
• Relevant education, professional experience, or a combination of both.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person: a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).
• Must be eligible to acquire necessary export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or Department of Commerce.
