This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete onboarding program for new hires, encompassing product knowledge, sales techniques, systems and tools, company policies, and fundamentals of the construction industry.
• Develop original training materials including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, scripts, role-playing scenarios, job aids, and assessments.
• Conduct training sessions in classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor environments for both new and experienced representatives.
• Observe live sales calls and meetings to provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback.
• Design and implement continuous education initiatives, including product launch training, refreshers, and skill enhancement workshops.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive library of training resources, playbooks, job aids, and assessments.
• Monitor trainee development, ramp-up time, quota achievement, and assessment outcomes; identify knowledge gaps and modify curriculum accordingly.
• Perform structured interviews with new representatives at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, product teams, and the Employee Education Program Manager to ensure training aligns with revenue objectives, quota expectations, product roadmaps, and trends in the construction market.
• Remain updated on construction industry trends, competitor offerings, and contemporary sales methodologies.
• Utilize Tenna-approved AI tools for content creation, assessment development, video production, and documentation, ensuring AI-generated materials are accurate.
• Minimum of 4 years in a quota-carrying sales position with a proven history of high performance; experience in SaaS sales is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in formal training, instructional design, or curriculum development is required.
• Familiarity with or experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in developing training content from the ground up, including presentations, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and training videos.
• Practical experience with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, or Absorb, covering course creation, assignments, and reporting.
• Required experience in creating, editing, and producing training videos or multimedia content.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training data, ramp metrics, and performance analytics, translating results into curriculum modifications.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated coaching skills and a commitment to holding individuals accountable to performance benchmarks.
• Capacity to simplify complex product features and construction context into practical training.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, video editing software, and authoring or LMS platforms.
• Fluency in AI-assisted content tools with the ability to verify the accuracy of generated material.
• Strong written communication skills and effective documentation practices.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, comfortable managing programs with minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, or a related field is required, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
