This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic commercial learning initiatives that are aligned with business goals, sales priorities, organizational capabilities, and long-term growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Product Management, and field stakeholders to pinpoint capability gaps and devise learning solutions that enhance sales effectiveness and overall business performance across all commercial roles.
• Design and execute role-specific learning journeys, onboarding programs, sales competency development curricula, and AI-driven personalized learning experiences that expedite performance and career advancement.
• Work alongside instructional designers and learning technology partners to create engaging training materials, which include instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning modules, microlearning, assessments, reinforcement tools, and performance support resources.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of new hire onboarding programs in collaboration with Commercial Excellence and Zone Trainers, ensuring quick integration, productivity, and readiness of new sales professionals.
• Formulate and implement training strategies and learning programs that facilitate new product launches, evolving value propositions, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead highly interactive instructor-led and virtual learning experiences that enhance product knowledge, consultative selling skills, business acumen, opportunity management, account planning, and customer engagement capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant expertise in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in adult learning principles, curriculum design, sales training, coaching, and enablement processes with an emphasis on value-based selling methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or field sales training, coaching, and enablement processes is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with an in-depth understanding of the market landscape and customer needs.
• Expertise and/or certifications in the delivery of sales skills.
