This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Propel the success of new markets by ensuring that attorneys, LLPs, and clerks are prepared for sales from the outset.
• Offer continuous coaching to enhance and sustain hiring rates in both new and established locations.
• Focus on centralizing the sales training and onboarding processes.
• Boost client conversion rates through structured, high-quality sales training specifically designed for the legal sector.
• Create structured training materials centered on client conversion and consultative sales methodologies.
• Standardize coaching techniques to guarantee uniform training across all sites.
• Oversee the sales training process for new office openings, ensuring attorneys and staff acclimate quickly.
• Provide targeted, hands-on coaching to improve early hire success rates.
• Conduct role-playing sessions and real-time coaching to build confidence in client engagements.
• Deliver personalized coaching based on individual performance analytics.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align training initiatives with revenue objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce data analysis to pinpoint training requirements and promote measurable enhancements.
• 3–5 years of pertinent training experience supporting sales or client-facing teams, along with 3–5 years of direct sales experience (preferably in professional services or the legal field).
• Strong grounding in consultative sales, active listening, needs assessment, and closing techniques.
• Proven track record in designing and facilitating engaging, results-oriented training sessions—both virtually and in person.
• Demonstrated success in developing scalable learning programs tailored to different experience levels.
• Proficient in coaching professionals to improve client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in Salesforce for performance tracking and reporting on essential metrics.
• Outstanding organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities; skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the capability to influence and engage a diverse audience.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe; and Zoom Conferencing Technology.
