Sales Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of sales training strategies.

• Oversee comprehensive sales training programs that facilitate onboarding, product launches, and adapt to changing commercial priorities.

• Convert business strategies and product innovations into scalable training curricula and learning pathways.

• Establish benchmarks for the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of sales training.

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.

• Develop hands-on learning experiences (simulations, role-plays, case studies) that enhance practical selling skills.

• Personally conduct impactful training sessions for senior sales teams.

• Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Compliance teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and well-aligned.

• Integrate compliance into the sales process.

• Define and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales leadership.

• 2+ years of sales experience in solution-based sales environments (e.g., capital equipment, healthcare, enterprise technology), with a preference for radiation therapy.

• Proficient in instructional design, adult learning principles, training program development, and LMS management.

• Demonstrated success in training and developing sales professionals.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
