This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, implement, and evaluate training programs for Infusion Therapies and Platforms sales teams and customer-facing personnel.
• Collaborate with sales management, marketing, subject matter experts, commercial stakeholders, and the Enterprise Enablement Center of Excellence.
• Identify skill gaps and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Transform clinical, product, marketing, and commercial information into engaging learning experiences and actionable sales messaging.
• Design, tailor, and sustain curricula for therapies, products, customer interactions, selling techniques, sales effectiveness, and business insights.
• Develop programs for onboarding, product launches, skill enhancement, certification, and remediation utilizing diverse learning approaches.
• Establish learning objectives, proficiency benchmarks, timelines, and delivery strategies.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, assessments, and educational experiences.
• Lead or assist with new-hire orientation and ongoing professional development.
• Evaluate learner progress, relay performance feedback to managers, and foster accountability and field readiness.
• Create and manage assessments, certification criteria, recertification protocols, and remediation strategies.
• Conduct training sessions and evaluations during sales or business kickoff events.
• Track post-training and launch performance discrepancies and coordinate follow-up solutions.
• Establish metrics for training effectiveness and learner proficiency; analyze data and stakeholder feedback.
• Enhance curricula, delivery methods, assessments, and follow-up processes based on findings.
• Contribute to training KPIs and dashboards, communicating outcomes and identifying gaps.
• Oversee designated training initiatives, National Training meetings, special projects, and product launch efforts from planning through assessment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, content creators, facilitators, assessors, and communication channels.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, risks, and challenges while ensuring quality and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in sales, sales training, clinical education, instructional design, or a similar commercial-learning field.
• Capability to design, develop, and facilitate impactful in-person, virtual, and self-directed learning experiences.
• Proficiency in translating intricate clinical, product, or commercial content into straightforward, actionable learning formats.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to assess training requirements, learner outcomes, and metrics to enhance training effectiveness.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and eagerness to learn digital learning tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for workshops and training sessions, including occasional weekends.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: experience in field sales, sales training, or relevant clinical roles.
• Preferred: degree in education, business, marketing, instructional design, or a related area.
• Preferred: experience with medical devices, healthcare technology, hospital capital equipment, healthcare IT, or complex clinical solutions.
• Preferred: knowledge of sales processes related to hospital capital equipment, products, or solutions.
• Preferred: experience with product launches, certification initiatives, new-hire onboarding, and digital authoring or learning management tools.
