This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Create, implement, and oversee sales training programs that align with Strive Pharmacy’s commercial objectives and organizational vision.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales hires, encompassing company orientation, product knowledge, systems training, sales procedures, customer engagement standards, and role-specific skill enhancement.
• Provide instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced educational experiences.
• Educate sales professionals on prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, value-based selling, objection handling, negotiation, closing, account expansion, and relationship management.
• Develop training content related to Strive’s services, formulations, customer segments, provider collaborations, operational capabilities, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to ensure training remains accurate, up-to-date, compliant, and operationally feasible.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, playbooks, role-play scenarios, assessments, certifications, presentations, videos, and additional learning resources.
• Conduct live coaching sessions, call evaluations, role plays, simulations, and skills practice workshops.
• Assess sales calls, meetings, presentations, and recorded interactions to pinpoint coaching opportunities and performance trends.
• Offer individual and group coaching to enhance sales effectiveness, communication skills, product knowledge, and execution capabilities.
• Establish and oversee sales readiness standards, certification prerequisites, and knowledge assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessment outcomes, behavioral changes, sales performance, conversion metrics, ramp-up time, and other key results.
• Utilize performance metrics and business insights to identify skill gaps and propose targeted interventions.
• Maintain annual and quarterly sales training schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership on development needs across teams, territories, roles, and performance levels.
• Assist frontline sales leaders with coaching, feedback, and performance management practices.
• Train employees on HubSpot, sales tools, reporting systems, communication platforms, and sanctioned sales resources.
• Reinforce sales processes, qualification criteria, pipeline expectations, documentation standards, and CRM practices.
• Keep training records, completion data, assessment outcomes, certification statuses, and necessary documentation up to date.
• Support the rollout of products, services, messaging, systems, workflows, and commercial initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive practices, sales methodologies, and adult-learning strategies.
• Ensure training adheres to healthcare, pharmacy, privacy, marketing, and compliance standards.
• Reinforce approved messaging and prevent unsupported clinical, operational, legal, or service commitments.
• Safeguard confidential information pertaining to the company, customers, providers, patients, pricing, and business operations.
• Execute additional duties and sales enablement projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, communications, healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of four years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, sales leadership, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, sales processes, pipeline management, customer engagement, and account development.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex information and present it in a clear, engaging, and practical manner.
• Experience in creating training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, and learning content.
• Ability to assess skill gaps and convert performance needs into effective training solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, programs, audiences, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish credibility with sales professionals, leaders, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency in presentation software, learning management systems, virtual meeting platforms, and standard business applications.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems and sales technology.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
• Capable of passing all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
