This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Sales team and ensure that both individual and team objectives are met.
• Establish priorities, track workload, and sustain high team performance.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, offer feedback, and assist in individual development.
• Recognize performance gaps and formulate clear improvement strategies.
• Keep the team motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented.
• Facilitate onboarding and the ramp-up process for new Sales Managers.
• Review calls, chats, and deals to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Guide Sales Managers in qualification, objection management, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
• Provide assistance for complex or high-value deals as necessary.
• Conduct case reviews and sales training sessions.
• Monitor conversion rates, revenue, average check, sales cycle, and target accomplishment.
• Analyze the sales funnel to determine where opportunities are being lost.
• Develop and execute initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates and revenue.
• Deliver regular performance updates and insights to management.
• Enhance sales processes, scripts, playbooks, and workflows.
• Ensure that CRM data and sales activities are consistently managed.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Supply, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to enhance the customer journey and eliminate obstacles to closing deals.
• Relay recurring customer and sales feedback to relevant teams and assist in implementing improvements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in B2C, travel, hospitality, marketplaces, premium services, or another high-touch sales environment.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in leading a Sales team with direct accountability for team performance.
• Demonstrated experience in working with sales targets, conversion rates, revenue, and other commercial KPIs.
• Strong coaching and people management capabilities.
• Experience in conducting one-on-ones, providing performance feedback, and addressing underperformance.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing.
• Ability to analyze a sales funnel and translate data into actionable steps.
• Hands-on approach: comfortable engaging in deals rather than managing from a distance.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Nice to have: Experience in travel, yachting, hospitality, TravelTech, luxury services, or complex travel products.
• Nice to have: Experience managing remote or international sales teams.
• Nice to have: Experience in selling high-ticket products or services.
