This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in overseeing all facets of new hotel openings and act as the authority on hotel brand standards for designated accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for Corporate Accounts customers, hotels, and Territory Managers.
• Address inquiries, provide status updates on orders, investigate discrepancies, and manage the brand's email inbox.
• Maintain, build, or reduce inventory for new programs and transitions.
• Offer customer service support to the field sales team.
• Collaborate with buyers and manufacturers to resolve issues related to lead times, order statuses, returns, and damaged products.
• Uphold assigned brand standards and revise resupply guides, inventory templates, opening order templates, and OS&E guides.
• Work together on new product launches and transitions while drafting weekly brand communications.
• Organize kick-off processes, pre-inventory orders, and final opening order templates.
• Input inventory-building and new hotel opening/conversion orders into PeopleSoft.
• Handle order documentation and coordinate with Accounting regarding credit and deposit statuses.
• Cancel pre-inventory orders and input final opening orders into PeopleSoft.
• Collaborate with Distribution to ship opening/conversion orders and monitor and close out orders.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, and/or General Office preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and professional interaction skills.
• Ability to present information and address inquiries from suppliers, customers, management, and inter-departmental teams.
• Respond promptly to service requests and follow up as necessary.
• Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives and deadlines autonomously.
• Capability to manage large and intricate projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient problem-solving, information gathering, and analytical skills.
• Ability to comprehend and implement relevant policies and procedures and interpret instructions presented in written, verbal, diagrammatic, or schedule formats.
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Phocas, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Must occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and provide proof of current automobile insurance coverage.
