Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

• Assist in the preparation and dissemination of precise sales documents and proposals.

• Oversee and process sales orders in collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee prompt and precise delivery.

• Manage customer databases and uphold data integrity to support sales initiatives and identify new trends.

• Analyze and compile sales data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

• Foster relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Resolve client issues to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold brand reputation.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements within sales operations and implement best practices.

• Travel regionally to assist in client engagements and support sales team initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage numerous tasks and effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal forms.

• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and independent mindset.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally within a Fortune 50 company.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required OR a combination of education and relevant experience.
