Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Efficiently process and address customer service requests with accuracy and timeliness.

• Deliver solutions while exhibiting empathy, professionalism, and respect.

• Primarily respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary.

• Record standard customer requests in Company systems.

• Seek cross-functional support to resolve issues effectively.

• Document and log customer support interactions.

• Input service and routing information for billing and scheduling purposes.

• Uphold quality, productivity, and efficiency in line with continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Carry out additional job-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred (as specified in qualifications).

• A High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or a similar customer service role.

• Familiarity with the waste management sector is advantageous.

• Bilingual skills in a business context are preferred.

• Experience collaborating within a team-oriented environment.

• Capability to handle a high volume of phone interactions in a dynamic setting.

• Availability to work 2 Saturdays each quarter, from 8am to 12pm CST.

• Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 6am CST and 6pm CST.
