Customer Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +39 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage a large volume of incoming phone calls for clients’ members

• Provide information regarding healthcare benefits

• Collect customer details, evaluate and meet customer needs, and inform customers about products and services

• Operate multiple systems concurrently

• Address customer concerns following one-call-resolution protocols and/or escalation procedures

• Achieve or surpass company and client performance standards

• Weigh company policies against client benefits when making decisions

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements that benefit clients and customers

• Finalize call records and document customer information as necessary

• Adjust to changes in the business landscape

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation

• Designated workspace at home

• Wired Ethernet connection with a minimum of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speeds; wireless access is not allowed

• Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, cable, or fiber optics

• Satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are not acceptable

• Personal headset required

• One 21” monitor must be provided by the candidate

• Proven dedication to excellence in customer care, particularly for senior citizens

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to recognize customer needs and effectively communicate products and services

• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, potential holidays, and occasional overtime

• High levels of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
