This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage all documentation related to VAC (Value Analysis Committee) submissions for new clients and ensure follow-up until approval is obtained.
β’ Work in collaboration with Customer, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to establish new accounts.
β’ Create, analyze, and disseminate reports for customer onboarding.
β’ Develop quotations, oversee the ERP system, and generate metrics from quote to sales.
β’ Assess customer preferences and financial capabilities alongside Sales and propose appropriate solutions.
β’ Monitor the inbox and assign sales leads to the relevant sales and staff members.
β’ Assist customers and Sales with equipment upgrades.
β’ Provide support for the Equipment Evaluation program and manage purchase conversions.
β’ Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to guarantee customer satisfaction.
β’ Professionally review and respond to emails in a timely manner.
β’ Document customer interactions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
β’ Comply with established processes, policies, and procedures.
β’ Escalate issues for guidance when necessary.
β’ Identify and record changes and improvements in processes with Customer Service Management.
β’ Maintain original documents for VAC submissions and lead the ECO process in conjunction with Quality.
β’ Assist with order entry as required.
β’ Perform additional tasks as assigned.
β’ Report directly to the Manager of Sales Support.
β’ High school diploma required.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in a customer service role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Remote work position located on the West Coast.
β’ Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Skills in problem resolution, follow-up, planning, and organizational abilities, including meeting deadlines.
β’ Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team, utilizing effective time management.
β’ Proficient in typing and familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
β’ Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and applications.
β’ Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and QuickBooks is preferred.
β’ Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
β’ Experience in the medical device sector is required.
β’ Must comply with applicable county, state, and Federal vaccination regulations.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
