Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer service assistance to individuals.

• Link individuals to emergency shelter and available resources.

• Aid customers in navigating various systems.

• Complete all necessary orientation and training sessions.

• Showcase computer setup and internet specifications during the interview process.

• Contribute to a mission-oriented emergency shelter and resource connection initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in call centers or customer service roles.

• Previous remote work experience is advantageous.

• Proficient with technology and capable of navigating multiple systems.

• 100% attendance is mandatory for orientation and training.

• Flexible availability is essential, including weekends.

• Requested availability for 24/7 shifts.

• Must reside or work in TX, SC, NC, FL, GA, VA, PA, or MI.

• Windows 11-based PC required; Macs or Chromebooks are not permitted.

• Dual monitor setup is necessary.

• Recent-generation Intel i5, i7, or i9, or AMD Ryzen 5, 7, or 9 processor is required.

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM with at least 12 GB usable.

• CPU utilization must be 50% or less.

• Computer must have an Ethernet (RJ-45) port.

• A wired Ethernet internet connection is mandatory; Wi-Fi is not allowed.

• Download speed of at least 20 Mbps is required.

• Upload speed of at least 10 Mbps is necessary.

• Ping of 20 ms or less is mandatory.

• Must provide screenshots of equipment and internet, and confirm availability requirements.

• The interview must be conducted from the work computer with the camera on and screen-sharing capability enabled.
