Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to the Account Manager and clients throughout the order fulfillment process and related services.

• Serve as a support resource for daily transactions, aiding the Account Manager in growing their business.

• Actively follow up on pending orders and customer service concerns to reduce problem orders and address issues promptly.

• Manage incoming calls and provide assistance as required.

• Prepare and track orders to ensure accuracy and enhance customer satisfaction.
