Healthcare Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to discuss their healthcare needs, benefits, and options for in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations.

• Establish rapport and convey the advantages of healthcare programs while addressing any hesitations and fostering engagement.

• Clarify healthcare programs, handle objections, address concerns, and emphasize benefits to turn opportunities into successful outcomes.

• Assist members in setting healthcare goals and guide them in reaching those objectives.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve potential issues while providing exceptional customer service.

• Approach member concerns with empathy and sensitivity.

• Address customer issues, anticipate future needs, and offer proactive support.

• Meet productivity targets while maintaining enthusiasm and dedication to successful interactions.

• Reschedule appointments and adjust schedules as necessary to fulfill customer needs and expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (mandatory and verified during background checks).

• Proficient computer skills — including data entry, navigating screens, and a strong typing speed.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

• Outstanding customer service abilities and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.

• Capability to adhere to schedules and complete daily tasks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Genuine empathy and concern for others.

• Must possess two monitors (minimum 22 inches each) with both HDMI and DisplayPort connections set up before the start date.

• Completion of assessments may be necessary before progressing in the hiring process.

• Assessments must be done independently.
