Sales Support – Quoting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the sales@ inbox by triaging inquiries, qualifying leads, and directing complex deals to the suitable salesperson.

• Assess partners based on their installed bases, use cases, budgets, and timelines.

• Create precise quotes and configurations for hardware vendors, software licenses, and services utilizing standard pricing lists.

• Identify opportunities for upselling, including warranty extensions, software upgrades, update plans, and subscriptions.

• Facilitate live chat sessions and conduct brief Teams or phone calls to clarify options for partners.

• Follow up with partners to gather any missing information.

• Maintain exceptionally organized CRM data.

• Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports.

• Document insights into playbooks for the benefit of future hires.

• Contribute to the establishment of playbooks as the first U.S. hire in this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B inside sales or sales support.

• Relevant hardware/IT technical knowledge, such as a tech support background, IT experience, or a technical degree.

• Familiarity with building quotes and working with pricing lists.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Capable of asking precise, structured questions to extract information from prospects.

• Fluent and confident in spoken and written English.

• Comfortable participating in live calls with U.S. channel partners and customers.

• Exceptional attention to detail in CRM data entry and follow-ups.

• Willingness to work fixed U.S. business hours during the Philippine night shift.

• Experience in hardware and SaaS environments is a plus.

• Background in Digital Signage, AV, or IT channels is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is a bonus; licensing and training will be provided.

• Experience with live chat support and process documentation is a plus.
