This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and facilitate the NAM Sales QMI and deal pacing calls on a weekly basis.
• Spearhead integrated OpPlan initiatives and update current estimates for HDGT and Aero.
• Monitor the accuracy of SFDC data.
• Lead bi-weekly sales meetings and establish the agenda based on team contributions.
• Drive strategic initiatives aimed at NU sales or integrated into the services strategy team.
• Support deal teams in fostering connections across functions for deal risk management assistance.
• Collaborate with LOB to arrange R meetings with adequate lead time and staffing considerations.
• Provide sales insights and representation at monthly SFDC committee, LOB, and ITR meetings.
• Work with business line operational representatives to organize SLT reviews.
• Coordinate with demand management and GSC representatives to facilitate manufacturing plan and inventory reviews.
• Formulate long-term strategic plans by market and region to aid Account Manager account planning and growth.
• Create and manage alignment between NU proposals and CSA proposals regarding timing, content, strategy, and evaluation.
• Develop AI tools and processes to streamline operations.
• Educate the team on best practices for market insights, BI, and daily work optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience in power generation across sales, commercial operations, finance, marketing, services, engineering, sourcing, or operations.
• At least 8 years of cumulative experience in power generation across sales, commercial operations, finance, marketing, services, engineering, sourcing, or operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screen, if applicable.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM platform and tools, CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory coverage, sales incentives, commercial planning and forecasting, and Inquiry to Order processes.
• Ability to acquire an in-depth understanding of sales territories, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer segments.
• Capability to learn and master AI technologies and educate others.
• Comprehensive understanding of key business drivers and cross-team collaboration.
• Proven interpersonal and communication abilities.
