This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate and oversee the weekly NAM Sales QMI and deal pacing discussions.
• Spearhead integrated OpPlan initiatives and update current projections for HDGT and Aero.
• Monitor the accuracy of SFDC data.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales meetings, setting agendas based on team feedback.
• Drive strategic projects focused on NU sales or integrated within the services strategy team.
• Assist deal teams in fostering cross-functional connections for effective deal risk management.
• Collaborate with LOB to arrange R meetings with suitable lead times and staffing requirements.
• Provide sales insights and representation at monthly SFDC committee, LOB, and ITR meetings.
• Work with business line operational representatives to facilitate SLT reviews.
• Coordinate manufacturing plans and inventory assessments with demand management and GSC representatives.
• Formulate long-term strategic plans by market and region to aid Account Manager account planning and growth.
• Align NU proposals with CSA proposals regarding timing, content, strategy, and evaluation.
• Create AI tools and processes to enhance workflows and train the team on best practices, market insights, BI, and daily work optimization.
• Operate with a degree of autonomy under established sales practices and procedures.
• Support medium-sized sales territories and engage in regular sales results evaluations.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of cumulative experience in power generation.
• Minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience in power generation in areas such as sales, commercial operations, finance, marketing, services, engineering, sourcing, or operations.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM platform and related tools, CRMs, SFDC, and ERPs.
• Understanding of sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory coverage, sales incentives, commercial planning and forecasting, and Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes.
• Experience in cleaning and maintaining data within commercial and core systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales territories, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer segments.
• Capability to learn and master AI concepts and educate others.
• Awareness of key business drivers and team integration.
• Technical aptitude and analytical thinking for problem-solving.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
