This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the generic inquiries inbox on a daily basis and respond promptly.
• Deliver a call-first approach to all incoming inquiries.
• Qualify leads and schedule seats for available certification courses.
• Process orders typically between AUD 2,000 and AUD 20,000.
• Issue quotes and follow up on all pending quotations.
• Revisit every quoted inquiry within one week.
• Manage long-term follow-up regarding defence company approvals, which may last up to four months.
• Ensure the Trello board is accurate and current, particularly the bookings tab.
• Promote attendance for the annual Perth course.
• Take on documented tasks currently managed by the contractor based in Newcastle, totaling around 20 hours per week.
• Address overflow inquiries from the e-commerce store.
• Maintain and update the database.
• Execute campaigns to re-engage lapsed leads.
• Independently educate oneself across all five certification courses.
• Perform outbound prospecting on LinkedIn.
• Provide general marketing assistance during a maternity-leave absence.
• Help with catalogues and manage social media activities.
• Contribute to blog articles related to certification courses.
• Own the sales pipeline for certification courses and act as the initial point of contact for inbound inquiries.
• Solid experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Proven track record in processing orders and quotes accurately, particularly within the AUD 2,000–20,000 range.
• Familiarity with CRM or task management tools (e.g., Trello, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Confident and professional phone demeanor for both inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience managing extended sales or approval cycles; familiarity with corporate, government, or defence procurement is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and precision.
• Advanced organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities across sales, administrative, and occasional marketing tasks.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a comparable sales support, inside sales, or coordination role.
• Experience with e-commerce order support or basic marketing/social media coordination is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Confident communicator with a consultative, call-first mindset.
• Persistent yet not aggressive; comfortable with lengthy follow-up cycles.
• Quick learner with strong adaptability to new systems.
• Personable, exuding genuine warmth and positive energy.
