Sales Support Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee Instagram direct messages, handling around 20–25 new leads and over 100 total messages each day.

• Evaluate and dispatch AI-assisted, pre-filled responses while ensuring that replies are accurate, natural, and consistent with the brand identity.

• Pose pertinent qualifying inquiries to gain insight into customer objectives, requirements, and challenges.

• Recognize buying signals, address objections, and guide suitable prospects through the sales journey.

• Conduct follow-ups with warm leads and those who have not responded, utilizing the established seven-day follow-up method.

• Engage and cultivate leads generated through advertising and lead magnets.

• Adhere to sales frameworks while tailoring conversations for each prospect to avoid sounding scripted or aggressive.

• Uphold a high level of customer interaction and safeguard the overall customer and brand experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing capacity.

• Exceptional written English, grammar, and attention to detail.

• A natural and conversational communication style with strong skills in building rapport.

• Commercially astute and confident in managing objections and engaging in sales discussions.

• Strong capacity to interpret customer signals, identify buying indicators, and adjust communication as needed.

• Proficient in utilizing structured sales frameworks and AI-assisted messaging while retaining a personal touch.

• Capable of managing a high volume of conversations while ensuring quality and timely responses are prioritized.

• A genuine interest in or experience within the health and fitness sector is highly preferred.

• Must be available to work in alignment with Australian hours, with a 5-day work schedule from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM and 4:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 2:00 PM–9:00 PM on Sundays.
