Sales Support Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation for potential sites.

• Keep precise records of site opportunities and deployment status within CRM systems.

• Aid in negotiations by preparing lease details, site information, and commercial reports.

• Process and oversee site agreements and related documentation.

• Communicate with landlords, property managers, contractors, and installation teams to ensure that group hosts' surveys are approved and can proceed to deployment.

• Track project timelines and escalate any delays or risks as necessary.

• Maintain sales trackers and offer regular updates on progress.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for the locker sales team.

• Ensure that group hosts are kept informed throughout the deployment process.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline performance, group deployment progress, and installation objectives.

• Organize meetings and coordinate schedules for the Locker sales team.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

• Oversee document filing and contract administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a sales support or sales administration role.

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience in a similar industry.

• Knowledge of the eCommerce and SME marketplace.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.

• Highly organized, proactive, and motivated to achieve success.

• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

• Customer-oriented with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
